Ingredients

6 oz. fresh water
1 tsp. rolled tea leaves or 2 tbsps. open tea leaves
Kettle
Kitchen Strainer

Procedure

  1. Boil water in the kettle to 180°F
  2. Pour a little boiling water into a cup to warm it.
  3. Put the tea leaves into the cup.
  4. Pour the water into the cup and cover using a saucer.
  5. Steep for 1-5 minutes according to preference. After 1 minute, you can taste the tea and then figure out how you like it.
  6. When the tea is ready to your liking, filter out the leaves using a strainer.
