Ingredients

½ cup of fresh lemon juice
4 cups water
4 jasmine tea bags
½ cup honey or as desired
Mint sprigs

Procedure

  1. Juice about 7 lemons using hand or a juicer.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan and put the tea bags in.
  3. Steep for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags after draining extra tea.
  5. Add honey and lemon juice.
  6. Stir the tea and refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve with ice cubes, lemon wedges and mint sprigs.

You can also add in a tablespoon of lemon zest for a greater citrusy flavor. Enjoy!
