- Juice about 7 lemons using hand or a juicer.
- Boil water in a saucepan and put the tea bags in.
- Steep for 3 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags after draining extra tea.
- Add honey and lemon juice.
- Stir the tea and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve with ice cubes, lemon wedges and mint sprigs.
You can also add in a tablespoon of lemon zest for a greater citrusy flavor. Enjoy!
