Ingredients

½ - 1 cup of milk (coconut, almond, cow, soy, rice, etc.)
½ cup of water
2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder
1/8 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract (just a pinch)
Granulated sugar (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon)
Sweetener (1-2 teaspoon of maple syrup, or 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, or any other sweetener of your choice)
1-2 cups of ice (around 10 large ice cubes)

Procedure

  1. Put the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend it until your drink looks smooth.
  3. Pour in a tall glass and top up with whipped cream.
  4. That’s all there’s to it. Enjoy your Frappuccino!

Extra tips

  1. Add a hint (no more than a pinch) of Xanthan gum to add that slightly gummy taste into your frappuccino.
  2. Alternative: Add 1 or 2 scoops of collagen onto your frappuccino.
  3. Note: A single scoop of collagen contains 9 grams of protein.
