Chamomile-Ginger Iced Tea

Chamomile ginger iced tea

Serving Size: 4 people

What You’ll Need

  • 3 tbsps. honey
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsps. grated ginger
  • 1 tbsps. fresh lemon juice
  • 6 chamomile tea bags
  • A sieve
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Add honey, ginger, and lemon juice and steep for 1 and half hour
  3. Pour the tea into cups using a sieve.
  4. Refrigerate to chill.
  5. Serve with ice and lemon wedges.

Chamomile iced tea with apple and passion fruit

Serving Size: 4 people

What You’ll Need

  • 750 ml chamomile tea
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 1/3 cup passion fruit pulp
  • Mint

Directions

  1. Firstly, brew your chamomile tea.
  2. Add apple juice and passion fruit and refrigerate to chill.
  3. Serve with ice and mint

Chamomile Iced Tea with Lemon, Lime and Orange

Serving Size: 4 people

What You’ll Need

  • 4 chamomile tea bags
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • A peeler
  • A sieve

Directions

  1. Steep chamomile tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water for 4 minutes.
  2. Using a peeler, remove the rind from lemon, orange and lime and squeeze out juice.
  3. Add the rind, juice and sugar to a saucepan and boil.
  4. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Add this citrus mixture to your tea and refrigerate to chill.
  6. Using a sieve, pour the iced tea into cups.
  7. Serve with ice cubes and wedges.
