Herbal tea like chamomile are caffeine free. Also, chamomile tea has sedative effect and helps to relax. Hence, some experts consider chamomile tea safe during pregnancy.

So, should you drink chamomile tea during pregnancy?

Though herbal teas like chamomile is caffeine free, there are not enough evidence to support that it's safe during pregnancy. Until further research is done, it's probably not a good idea to drink chamomile tea.
